Walk the Freedom Trail
The Freedom Trail is one of the most scenic ways to see the downtown area. This 2.5 mile trail will make the city of Boston come alive . You will walk through the heart of the city, visit churches and historic meeting houses, including Paul Revere’s house where you will learn about Paul Revere’s midnight ride and learn about battles and events that led to the Civil War.
The trail ends on Bunker Hill where you get a bird’s eye view of the city from the top of the monument. On a sunny fall day, this walk can’t be beat and will leave you with a greater appreciation of the past.
