Eat Roman Style Pizza

When it comes to pizza, you will find that Rome has its own take on how the perfect pie should taste. First, make sure to get outside of the touristy areas for a more authentic experience. Italian pizza tends to be thin, but in Rome it is really thin. There is no lip on the crust and if done right, it should have a nice char on the bottom.
