Attend a Laugh Class
For a workout that is guaranteed to leave you happy, try a session of laughter yoga. When you laugh from the stomach it engages your core. When you combine that with intense yoga positions, you have a full body workout. Located at the John Braithwaite Community Centre, you will get some exercise while practicing some intense laughing surrounded by twenty of your new best friends. They believe laughter and exercise should be free and no registration is required. The North Vancouver Laughter Club meets on the weekends.
