Paris of the East

The capital of Hungary is one of the most culturally important cities in Eastern Europe, earning it the nickname of Paris of the East. It is also famous for its therapeutic mineral springs. Beneath the city of Budapest lies a hidden subterranean world, a maze of over 200 caverns and tunnels that created 123 geothermal springs throughout the area.
